DINNER PARTY RESERVATIONS

Seating times for the New Year's Eve buffet are at 7:00 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. in the Atrium Ballroom and Grand Ballroom. Please indicate preferred seating time and ballroom when purchasing your package plan. Both ballrooms are non-smoking.

Please Note:
Parties of less than six people will be seated together "European style" with other small parties. All guests must be 21 years or older to enter the ballrooms.

Dinner buffet will close promptly at 9:15 p.m.

PACKAGE PURCHASE POLICY

All New Year's Eve packages must be paid in full at time of purchase.
Credit card purchases will be accepted by phone. Payments by cash or check will be accepted at the hotel desk. If you wish to mail your payment, please understand that your package will not be confirmed until full payment is received. All confirmations will be sent through the mail and will include your receipt.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

New Year's Eve packages may be cancelled for a full refund prior to 6:00pm (eastern time) on December 23, 2009. No refunds for any reason after that time.
